Delivery charges and times
Delivery in the UK is normally within 1-3 working days. Increase on Online shopping has seen delivery companies rather rushed this year, so sometimes it may take up to 4 days.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
Please call us if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to arrange next day delivery to any address in the UK. There will be a small additional charges added at checkout.
Please note this is not always possible - you will be notified if it is unavailable and then you can decide whether to cancel the order, deliver elsewhere, pick up etc.
TRACKABLE DELIVERY SERVICE
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to the order tracking page – please ensure you type in your correct email or phone details.
We are happily sending to Europe DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) - so no hidden extra costs. The free returns and exchange service sadly will not be applicable.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your knitwear and it fits you well. Items are made to the highest quality. However if you find an item you need to return an item you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please use the email or telephone number you used to make the order and your order number. A Collect Plus returns label will then be created which will need to be printed out and placed on your return.
All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition and with the swing tag still on.
