We hope you love your knitwear and it fits you well.  Items are made to the highest quality.However if you find an item you need to return an item you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please use the email or telephone number you used to make the order and your order number. A Collect Plus returns label will then be created which will need to be printed out and placed on your return.

All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition and with the swing tag still on.

Faulty Goods

Our knitwear is all hand finished. As such it is mostly top quality, but occasionally mistakes do happen so we will of course replace items that have errors in production. Apologies for the hassle here but please email us so we can create a free returns label. On receipt we can post out replacements.

This does not cover knitwear that has been destroyed through wear or hot washing! Cats claws will of course pull and wool doesn't like to be boiled ....

Our knitwear suits a cold hand wash o dry clean. With hand washing, wring using a towel, dry flat. Gently press out to shape with an iron afterwards, which will also  make it super soft (This suits natural fibres - rather like blow drying your hair)
